Refund Policy
At Intel Agents A.I.E.A., I specialize in providing AI-powered communication and scheduling solutions customized to professionals in the Real Estate industry and beyond. Due to the customized and service-oriented nature of my offerings, I have established the following refund policy to define the terms of my client relationship:
Custom Services & Non-Refundable Setup
All onboarding, configuration, and deployment services are uniquely customized to each client and begin immediately upon contract activation. As such, initial setup and service deployment fees are non-refundable. These services involve the allocation of dedicated resources, software integrations, and proprietary logic development which cannot be reversed once initiated
Ongoing Non-Refundable Subscription Services
Clients are billed on a recurring basis as outlined in their signed agreement. Subscription cancellations must be requested in writing and are subject to the terms in the original contract — including, but not limited to, any agreed-upon service periods or minimum commitment durations.
No Refunds for Early Cancellation
Clients who cancel prior to the completion of their agreed service term are not eligible for refunds and may be required to fulfill the remainder of their commitment as defined in their onboarding contract. This policy is designed to protect the time, development, and strategic planning invested in each deployment.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe there is an error in your service experience or billing, please contact my support team directly. I am committed to resolving disputes professionally and fairly, in alignment with my contractual obligations and service values.
